    Jay is Managing Partner, Global Head of Industrial. After joining Brookfield in 2013, he oversaw the acquisition and rebranding of IDI Logistics into one of the world’s leading investors and developers of logistics real estate. Jay has over 20 years of real estate experience and joined Brookfield in late 2013 from Prologis where he was President, East Region, overseeing an operating portfolio of 92 million sq. ft. and a development land bank in excess of 30 million sq. ft. Jay previously worked at AMB beginning in 2003 prior to the AMB/Prologis merger in June 2011. For most of his career Jay has focused on the industrial warehouse space beginning with Cabot Industrial Trust and its successor company, Cabot Properties, where he was an SVP and held national development duties. He also worked at AEW Capital Management in various roles as VP Portfolio Management and Investments. Jay received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Western Ontario and a Master of Science Real Estate Development from New York University.

    Mark oversees all of IDI Logistics’ operations in North America. Previously, Mark was a senior principal at Molto Properties in Chicago where he oversaw Molto's entry into the development arena and expansion beyond Chicago. Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.

John previously served as Vice President, Investment Officer of Prologis. He led many developments through every facet of the process, including site selection, master planning, entitlements, design and construction. While at Prologis, he developed approximately 45 million square feet of industrial warehouses and distribution centers on three continents for companies such as Wal-Mart, Best Buy, Home Depot, Coca-Cola Enterprises and many more. In addition, he also played an instrumental role in then AMB's market entry into both Brazil and China.

    As Senior Vice President, Tom is responsible for the formulation, execution and monitoring of IDI Logistics’ financing plan. He also coordinates the activities of the Finance team and manages bank relations, loan origination and treasury services. Tom has nearly 30 years of experience in real estate accounting and financial analysis to IDI Logistics’ Finance department. Since 2013, Tom has coordinated the origination of more than $3 billion in financing at IDI Logistics. He has also been responsible for implementing specialized financial solutions incorporating revolving credit lines, interest rate swaps, synthetic leases and tax-exempt bond financing.

    Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis, is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the Memphis Industrial Market annually since 2008 to present, which is presented to brokers with the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market. Tim is licensed as a Principal Broker in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
