    As Senior Vice President and Regional Director of IDI Logistics’ East region, Doug is directly responsible for leading all capital deployment and operations efforts for the eastern United States. This includes overseeing all land and building acquisitions, development, construction, leasing, sales, dispositions and property management in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Maryland, New Jersey and Virginia. Since coming to IDI Logistics in 1995, Doug has been involved with leasing and development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 20 million square feet of space, valued at more than $950 million.

    As Market Officer, Bob is responsible for the asset management of IDI Logistics’ holdings in New Jersey, Florida and the greater Cincinnati area. His responsibilities include asset strategy recommendation, execution, and reporting, as well as the oversight of third party leasing and management teams. He is also directly involved in sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring industrial investments on a regional basis. In addition, Bob is part of the IDI Logistics team responsible for acquiring national, multi-market portfolios.

    Mark joined IDI Logistics in 2012 with 25 years of experience in commercial construction, development and real estate. As director, he is responsible for developing land estates, managing the entire construction process, and assisting with client development and proposals. Since his arrival, he has managed the construction of eighteen tenant finish build-outs encompassing a total of 6 million square feet and construction costs of $34 million. He has also managed the design and construction of six inventory shell buildings encompassing a total of 4.2 million square feet and construction costs of $107 million.
