The Dallas Market Office, established in 1994, is responsible for IDI Logistics’ assets and development in the entire state of Texas.

Senior Vice President & Central Region Director
Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region which serves markets including Cincinnati, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Memphis and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. Since coming to IDI Logistics in 2005, Tim has been involved with leasing and development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 18 million square feet of space, valued at more than $750 million, including build-to-suits for Herbalife, AmerisourceBergen, and Nissan Motors.
Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis, is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the Memphis Industrial Market annually since 2008 to present, which is presented to brokers with the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market. Tim is licensed as a Principal Broker in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
Vice President of Capital Deployment
As Vice President, Capital Deployment, Gaurav is focused on all acquisition, disposition, and development activity in the Texas Region. During his tenure at IDI Logistics, Gaurav has supported the development of more than five million square feet in various markets across the United States as well as acquisitions and dispositions in several different markets. He also created and standardized the internal valuation process for the company and helped implement best practices in underwriting standards throughout the company.
Vice President, Asset Management
As Vice President of Asset Management, Jon oversees all leasing and property management in the state of Texas which includes approximately 8 million square feet of industrial space. Jon also oversees third party brokers and management teams in the Dallas, Houston, Austin and El Paso markets. Before his tenure at IDI Logistics, Jon held various roles at the industrial real estate firm Sealy and Company including managing the firms Asset Management department.
Jon has a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s in finance from LSU. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and is working on his CCIM Designation.
Vice President, Construction
As Vice President of Construction, David is responsible for the horizontal and vertical development of land estates, building and tenant improvements, as well as due diligence related to acquisitions and dispositions in the Texas markets. Over his 20-year tenure as Vice President, David has been involved in approximately 40 facilities totaling over 12 million SF on approximately 1,080 acres. Prior to being promoted to Vice President of Construction in 1999, David was Development Manager for IDI Logistics’ Strategic Development Services (SDS) division, where he managed the development of CarMax facilities in Florida, Georgia and Tennessee. He also supported other SDS developments.
Marketing & Development Coordinator
As Marketing and Development Coordinator, Rhonda provides the VP of Asset Management with marketing and leasing support for the region. In addition, she assists the VP of Construction with development for ground-up builds and tenant improvements while also providing general office support.
