IDI Adds Jeremy Kraus to Cincinnati Office

As VP of Leasing, Kraus will help manage activity for projects in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana

ATLANTA, July 2, 2013 – IDI, a leading full-service industrial real estate company, announced today that Jeremy Kraus has joined the company as Vice President of Leasing for the Cincinnati Market Office. In this position, he will work closely with local and national teams to attract and retain tenants for projects in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. Kraus is also responsible for developing strong partnerships with the local brokerage community and expanding IDI’s presence in the region.

Prior to joining IDI, Kraus was with Duke Realty for nearly 10 years. He began his career in the property management group and moved into a leasing and development role, eventually becoming a senior leasing representative. He has a variety of experience in both office and industrial property leasing, having managed a local industrial portfolio of roughly 10 million square feet.

On a daily basis, his duties include but are not limited to: conducting building tours, pursuing build-to-suit opportunities, responding to RFPs, drafting proposals, collaborating with IDI’s investment management and marketing groups, and assisting tenants and prospects with space planning and other needs. He is a member of his local NAIOP chapter and of the University of Cincinnati Real Estate Roundtable.
