IDI Logistics Announces New Crossroads Distribution Center Buildings

829,920 SF Building I Expected Completion November 2017; Building J slated for mid-2018

ATLANTA (May 12, 2017) – IDI Logistics, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announced that Crossroads Distribution Center, Building I is under construction and will be delivered in November 2017 to the greater Memphis logistics market. The next facility, Building J, is slated to be 1,085,000 SF and is scheduled to start construction mid-2018. Crossroads is currently home to 11 buildings totaling more than 6 million square feet of logistics space.  IDI Logistics is Memphis’ leading industrial developer with over 27 million square feet developed in the market.

Building I will be located within a sustainable, master-planned business park at the northwest corner of Kirk Road and Forest Hill Irene Road in Olive Branch, Mississippi. It is close to all modes of transportation in the Mid-South and is ideally situated for regional distribution. Building I will incorporate state-of-the-art features including a Ductilcrete® floor slab and paving, 36-foot clear height, R-19 roof insulation, and a white TPO roof. Tax incentives are also available from the local municipalities to provide a further benefit to locating within Crossroads Distribution Center. Jones Lang LaSalle will be the listing agent for Crossroads I.
