IDI Logistics Appoints New Market Officer for Atlanta Region

Ryan Wood brings unique experience and knowledge to the new role

ATLANTA (March 31, 2016) – IDI Logistics, a leading global investor and developer of logistics warehouses and distribution parks, today announced that Ryan Wood has been appointed Market Officer for the Atlanta Region. In this new role, Wood will oversee IDI Logistics’s leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts for the Atlanta office. He is based in the company’s North America Core Support office in Atlanta. Wood previously served as IDI Logistics’s Vice President of Corporate Development.

Prior to IDI Logistics, Wood was part of JLL’s Industrial Services group where some of his notable projects included Rite Aid, Ollie’s, Herbalife, and Exel. His expertise includes tenant representation, acquisition, disposition, and financing services. He was also a co-creator of JLL’s proprietary geospatial tool - Blackbird™.
