IDI's Chicago Office Signs Leases Totaling 358,691 SF

Office kicks off 2013 with two leases in Chicago and one lease in Canada

CHICAGO, February 11, 2013 – IDI, a leading full-service industrial real estate company, announced today two leases at its Rock Run Business Park south of Chicago and a new lease at Woodstock H in Ontario, Canada. The Rock Run Business Park leases, totaling 277,776 square feet, are both in the Rock Run VI building. Petco Animal Supplies Store, Inc. extended its existing lease and A&R Logistics, Inc. will be the newest tenant in Rock Run VI, taking the building to 100 percent leased. The 80,915 square feet lease in Ontario will house Miller Zell Inc., a leading retail design company that provides in-store selling environment services.

IDI’s Rock Run Business Park, at the Houbolt Road interchange on I-80, approximately one mile east of the intersection of I-80 andI-55, totals 3.8 million square feetand is strategically located in the I-80 market. Petco Animal Supplies Store, Inc., a pet supplies store, and A&R Logistics, Inc., a distributor of plastic pellets to the manufacturers of plastic containers, are using Rock Run VI as regional distribution centers. For A&R Logistics, Inc. it is an ideal location, as it is an expansion of their nearby Morris Facility. Petco Animal Supplies Store, Inc.’s lease is 156,326 square feet and the A&R Logistics, Inc. lease is 121,450 square feet, making them the sole tenants of the Rock Run VI building.

Miller Zell Inc.’s 80,915 square feetlease in Woodstock H at Commerce Way Business Park is an advantageous location for manufacturing and distribution of their materials. Located in the southwest Ontario market, Commerce Way Business Park has close proximity to Highway 401 and Highway 403, making it convenient for transportation. The move comes as Miller Zell Inc. is expanding its market presence.
