In his role within the West Region, Giancarlo has been an integral component in the capital deployment of more than $475M through development and acquisitions. Giancarlo received his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
