ATLANTA (February 25, 2022) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, has announced 2021 as the company’s strongest leasing year since its founding in 1989.

Leasing Success
2021 was a record setting year for IDI in terms of volume. IDI’s six market offices leased a total of 16.2 million square feet.

New Development
Almost 6-million-square feet of new product was delivered in 2021 with 78% of that space leased by the end of the year. IDI started construction of 4.3 million square feet across almost all markets.

Land Acquisitions
We acquired over 534 acres of land in 2021 for potential future developments of up to 6.5 million square feet. Land was acquired in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, California’s Inland Empire, Cincinnati, Dallas, Houston, and Memphis. IDI has also entered new markets with land acquisitions in Seattle, Louisville, Columbus and Charlotte.
