Commonwealth Inc. Signs 1.1 Million SF Lease with IDI Logistics in Greater Cincinnati

Commonwealth Inc. has signed a lease with IDI Logistics for nearly 1.1 million square feet of warehouse space at Park South at Richwood, Building B in Walton, Kentucky. This is believed to be the largest industrial lease in the region.

Commonwealth Inc., a Cincinnati-based, full-service, third-party logistics company will occupy the entirety of Building B. This space more than doubles the amount Commonwealth currently leases in the Greater Cincinnati area. Brent Collins, President and CEO of Commonwealth, said his company leased the additional space to accommodate customers who are food-grade clients needing best-in-class sanitation and security.

Park South at Richwood building B is located at 61 Logistics Blvd., 15 miles south of Cincinnati along Interstates 71 and 75. The Class A building features 40-ft. clear heights, 530 parking spaces, an ESFR sprinkler system, 106 docks and four drive-ins on a 62-acre lot.

CBRE’s Jeremy Kraus, Mike Lowe, Doug Whitten and Tim Schenke represented IDI Logistics in the lease negotiations.
