IDI Logistics expands its West Region Team in Los Angeles

ATLANTA (April 9, 2019) – Atlanta-based logistics real estate developer and manager IDI Logistics welcomes two new hires to their West Region team. Brandon Dickens steps into the role of Vice President of Capital Development, while Aaron Scherer is now Director of Construction. Both Dickens and Scherer are based out of IDI’s Los Angeles office.

With 20 years of industry experience at companies including Catellus, First Industrial and Simply Self Storage, Dickens will play a key role in IDI’s expansion into new markets while also increasing the company’s capacity to source deals and deploy capital.

Scherer brings 15 years of experience at Premier Design, Snyder Langston and Sierra Construction to his new role. His responsibilities include management of all entitlement, construction and related aspects of the development process for land, building, acquisitions and tenant improvements.
