12 Jul IDI Logistics Leases 111KSF in Passaic to a Fortune 50 Retailer
(ATLANTA, GA – July 12, 2022) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, has leased its entire newly-constructed 111,111 SF Passaic Logistics Center to a major home improvement retailer.
Located at 26 Jefferson Street, Passaic Logistics Center is IDI Logistics’ newest facility in New Jersey. The building has frontage on Route 21 and is proximate to I-80 and I-95, placing it within a one-day drive of 60% of the U.S. population.
The lease at Passaic Logistics Center is the first for the tenant in the Northern New Jersey market. They will use the space as a last mile distribution center for home improvement products.
