IDI Logistics Leases 312KSF to Customized Distribution Services, Inc. in Stockton

(ATLANTA, GA – June 27, 2022) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, has leased 312,448 SF at Stockton Business Center, located at 2018 Zephyr, Street, to Customized Distribution Services, Inc. (CDS). The building is now fully leased.

CDS provides advanced logistics capabilities, processes, and solutions via a national network of modern distribution centers. The space at Stockton Business Center is their first facility in the Central Valley market and second in the nation with IDI Logistics. CDS currently leases IDI’s entire 450KSF Middlesex Center IIB in South Brunswick, New Jersey.
