04 Oct IDI Logistics Leases 378KSF to MEI Rigging & Crating in Dallas/Ft. Worth
(ATLANTA, GA – October 4, 2022) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, announced today it has leased its entire 378,000-square-foot warehouse facility at 650 S. Royal Lane in Coppell, Texas to MEI Rigging & Crating, LLC.
650 S. Royal Lane is strategically located on approximately 17.5 acres at the Northeast corner of S. Royal Lane and Creekview Drive. This location, which is just north of DFW Airport, provides easy access to Interstate 635 and to Texas SH 121 via S. Royal Lane.
MEI Rigging & Crating are providers of rigging, machinery moving, millwrighting, mechanical installation, industrial storage, crating, and export packing services in the U.S. MEI is relocating their Dallas/Fort Worth regional office to the new, larger location. The company will utilize the space at 650 S. Royal Lane for light assembly, storage, warehousing, fulfillment, and distribution of industrial equipment and related products, and office use.
