Motivational Fulfillment & Logistics Services to use space to distribute household appliances.

(ATLANTA, GA – April 16, 2024) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, announced today it has leased its entire 347,604-square-foot Stateline Business Park, Building K warehouse facility in Southaven, Mississippi to Motivational Fulfillment & Logistics Services.

Motivational is a full-service logistics company that offers both retail distribution and direct-to-consumer services. They will use the newly leased space for national distribution of household appliances.

Located in DeSoto County, Mississippi, Stateline Business Park is a 230-acre business center developed by IDI Logistics with approximately 4 million square feet of Class A industrial buildings. The park provides convenient access to I-55 and the Memphis International Airport.

Memphis is a new market for Motivational. The company is expanding to better serve customers with next-day and 2-day deliveries. In addition, the strategic location will allow Motivational to provide best in class omni channel fulfillment requirements nationwide.
