Passaic Logistics Center is a finalist for Best Industrial & Logistics Project

(ATLANTA, GA – March 15, 2023) IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, has been honored as a finalist at the MIPIM Awards 2023 in Cannes, France. The awards celebrate the very best of the real estate industry worldwide. IDI Logistics’ Passaic Logistics Center in Passaic, New Jersey has been nominated for Best Industrial & Logistics Project.

Completed in 2022, the Passaic Logistics Center is a modern, strategically located last-mile distribution facility in New Jersey that transformed an abandoned, polluted 8-acre land site into a premier logistics campus containing a Class-A warehouse with professional landscaping that enhances the surrounding area.

Passaic Logistics Center was 100% pre-leased before completion to a major home improvement retailer and will provide dozens of jobs to an economically disadvantaged community. The Passaic City Council President called the results, “a dream come true.”
