24 Jul IDI Logistics Appoints New Chicago Region VP of Capital Deployment and Leasing
ATLANTA (July 23, 2020) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, today announced Scott Gibbel has been appointed Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing for the company’s Chicago Region. Gibbel will oversee IDI’s leasing, asset management, capital development and capital recycling efforts for the Chicagoland market. He will be based in IDI’s Chicago office.

Gibbel previously served as Vice President at Brennan Investment Group and Leasing Associate at Prologis, both in Chicago. His expertise includes leasing, acquisitions, asset and property management. He holds a BS from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he focused on real estate and urban land economics. Gibbel is a member of NAIOP, the commercial real estate development association, and currently sits on the organization’s Developing Leaders Board.
