Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.

As Vice President of Development for IDI Logistics, Gary oversees all development in the Atlanta market and South Florida. His responsibilities include closing of land acquisitions, master planning, site development, vertical building development, tenant construction and the support of final dispositions and sales of speculative and build-to-suit projects. Gary also assists the Atlanta market office in the marketing of IDI Logistics-owned properties and third-party entities.
Gary, who joined IDI in 1994, has extensive experience in development, construction administration, design coordination and overall business park estate management. During his tenure at IDI Logistics, Gary has successfully developed several business parks in the Atlanta, Savannah, South Florida and New Jersey markets totaling more than 22 million square feet of light industrial/bulk distribution facilities and representing more than 2,400 acres of land and more than $1.2 billion in value. He has managed projects ranging in size from 150,000 square feet to 1,145,000 square feet.
As Director of Development for IDI Logistics, Tom oversees developments in Florida, Georgia, and North Carolina. He is responsible for managing the full development process from due diligence, entitlement, site and building design, cost forecasting through construction and development of the IDI buildings and tenant fit-out spaces.

Jon also oversees third party brokers and management teams in the Dallas, Memphis, Houston and Austin markets. Before his tenure at IDI Logistics, Jon held various roles at the industrial real estate firm Sealy and Company including managing the firms Asset Management department.

Giancarlo is a Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing at IDI Logistics and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment acquisitions within Southern California. Additionally, he is the asset manager for the +6M SF SoCal operating portfolio. In his role within the West Region, Giancarlo has been an integral component of over $1B of deployment, leasing, and disposition consideration.
