Mark oversees all of IDI Logistics’ capital deployment and operations in the U.S. Previously, Mark was Senior Principal at Molto Properties where he oversaw Molto’s entry into the development arena and expansion beyond Chicago. Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.

As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Shawn oversees IDI Logistics’ portfolio of assets. He is responsible for financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax and finance functions. Shawn holds a B.B.A. degree from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Canada, an M.B.A. from the University of Georgia and a Real Estate Certificate from the University of Wyoming. He is a CPA (GA) and a member of the American Association of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).

As Executive Vice President and General Counsel, David oversees all IDI Logistics legal matters and supervises IDI Logistics’ outside counsels. David is primarily focused on IDI Logistics’ leasing, acquisitions and dispositions, as well as financings, corporate governance and compliance matters.

David received his bachelor’s degree from Brown University, and his law degree (J.D.) from the University of Virginia. He is a member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), including its Legal Forum.

As Chief Strategy Officer, Matt is responsible for leading the company’s disposition strategy, driving portfolio optimization, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic initiatives. He is also responsible for identifying new markets, evaluating new potential investment strategies, and maximizing operating portfolio return.

As Executive Vice President of IDI Logistics’ East Region, Matt leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. The East Region serves the markets of Atlanta, South Florida, Charlotte, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania.

Matt’s expertise includes capital deployment, development, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. Breaux holds a BA in Business Administration from Rhodes College, is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

As Vice President of Human Resources, Michele is responsible for directing all Human Resources initiatives in key areas such as benefits, staffing, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and compensation. Michele also serves as strategic leader for all organizational development and effectiveness, training, and succession planning initiatives.

Prior to joining IDI, Michele was Vice President, Director of Talent and Culture at BrightSphere Investment Group in Boston. She was responsible for providing strategic HR Business Partner support and leadership to senior management. She was also responsible for all aspects of BrightSphere employee relations and staffing, employee advocacy and engagement, culture, learning and development, and performance management.

Michele holds a B.A. degree in Commercial Music from Florida State University. She also holds the PHR designation from the HR Certification Institute and the SHRM-CP designation from the Society for Human Resource Management.

As Vice President of Development for IDI Logistics, Gary oversees all development in the Atlanta market and South Florida. His responsibilities include closing of land acquisitions, master planning, site development, vertical building development, tenant construction and the support of final dispositions and sales of speculative and build-to-suit projects. Gary also assists the Atlanta market office in the marketing of IDI Logistics-owned properties and third-party entities.

Gary, who joined IDI in 1994, has extensive experience in development, construction administration, design coordination and overall business park estate management. During his tenure at IDI Logistics, Gary has successfully developed several business parks in the Atlanta, Savannah, South Florida and New Jersey markets totaling more than 22 million square feet of light industrial/bulk distribution facilities and representing more than 2,400 acres of land and more than $1.2 billion in value. He has managed projects ranging in size from 150,000 square feet to 1,145,000 square feet.
