Senior Vice President Central Region
Tim is Senior Vice President for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 25 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Memphis and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.
Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis.
Market Officer – Cincinnati
As Market Officer, Bob oversees capital deployment and asset management in Cincinnati, Louisville, Columbus, and Indianapolis. He is directly involved in sourcing and underwriting new land/development opportunities in addition to the asset management of the IDI Logistics portfolio in these markets. This includes asset strategy recommendation, execution, as well as the oversight of third-party leasing and management teams.
Bob graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management.
Vice President of Construction
Mark joined IDI Logistics in 2012 with 25 years of experience in commercial construction, development, and real estate. As Vice President of Construction, he is responsible for site due diligence, land purchase, design, and construction of Class A bulk warehouses in the OH/IN/KY region. Mark has managed the design and construction of thirteen inventory shell buildings encompassing a total of 8.4 million square feet and construction costs of $390 million. He has also managed the design and construction of 23 tenant finish buildouts encompassing a total of 7.8 8.6million square feet and construction costs of $57 million.
