Tim is Senior Vice President for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 25 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Memphis and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis.

As Market Officer, Bob is responsible for the asset management of IDI Logistics’ holdings in the greater Cincinnati area, Kentucky and Indianapolis. His responsibilities include asset strategy recommendation, execution, and reporting, as well as the oversight of third-party leasing and management teams. He is also directly involved in sourcing, underwriting, and acquiring industrial investments on a regional basis.

Mark joined IDI Logistics in 2012 with 25 years of experience in commercial construction, development and real estate. As Vice President of Construction, he is responsible for site due diligence, land purchase, design and construction of Class A bulk warehouses in the OH/IN/KY region. Mark has managed the design and construction of eleven inventory shell buildings encompassing a total of 8.1 million square feet and construction costs of $366 million. He has also managed the design and construction of 22 tenant finish buildouts encompassing a total of 7.8 million square feet and construction costs of $43 million.
