Giancarlo is a Director of Regional Investments at IDI Logistics and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment acquisitions within in the West Region. Additionally, he operates asset management functions for the regional operating portfolio. In his role within the West Region, Giancarlo has been an integral component in the capital deployment of more than $475M through development and acquisitions. As Director of Construction, Aaron oversees construction of IDI Logistics’ West region developments, managing both the general contractors and the design team. He also works closely with the market team in development pursuits. Prior to starting with IDI Logistics in 2019, Aaron worked for three different general contractors over 14 years in project management. He has experience in constructing tilt-ups, tenant improvements, commercial & retail structures, and even a park for a residential community.

Prior to joining IDI, Michele was Vice President, Director of Talent and Culture at BrightSphere Investment Group in Boston. She was responsible for providing strategic HR Business Partner support and leadership to senior management. She was also responsible for all aspects of BrightSphere employee relations and staffing, employee advocacy and engagement, culture, learning and development, and performance management.

Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region which serves markets including Cincinnati, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Memphis and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. Since coming to IDI Logistics in 2005, Tim has been involved with leasing and development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 18 million square feet of space, valued at more than $750 million, including build-to-suits for Herbalife, AmerisourceBergen, and Nissan Motors.
Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis, is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the Memphis Industrial Market annually since 2008 to present, which is presented to brokers with the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market. As Chief Investment Officer, Bryan oversees IDI Logistics’ Regional Market offices and Investments group. IDI’s Market Offices are responsible for deploying capital into development and acquisitions in addition to asset managing their portfolios. The Investments group supports the Market Offices and broader IDI Logistics team, providing underwriting analysis, portfolio and asset management, and research services. Working with the Investments and local teams, Bryan also leads the company’s disposition efforts.
Prior to his current role, Bryan was directly responsible for dispositions and the management of IDI Logistics’ ownership portfolio, as well as those portfolios jointly owned in ventures with third parties. Since joining IDI Logistics in 1995, he has participated in the sale of more than 55 million square feet of industrial buildings with an aggregate sale price of more than $2.3 billion to both institutional and private equity buyers. During that period, Bryan was also responsible for the capital sourcing and formation of several development and long-term ownership ventures in which the cumulative value exceeded $2.5 billion.

Mark oversees all of IDI Logistics’ capital deployment and operations in the U.S. Previously, Mark was Senior Principal at Molto Properties where he oversaw Molto’s entry into the development arena and expansion beyond Chicago. Prior to joining Molto, Mark was the Chief Operating Officer of McShane Development Company and Managing Director for AMB’s Midwest Region. At AMB, he ran an operating business with more than 40 million square feet of industrial assets that were vertically integrated from in-house property management to acquisitions and developments. He also worked at First Industrial for more than 10 years in various positions.
