Senior Vice President & Regional Director – West Region
As Senior Vice President and Regional Director of IDI Logistics’ West region, Charlie McPhee is responsible for all leasing, disposition, acquisitions, and development in the western United States. During his career, Charlie has developed over $3 billion of real estate in industrial, office, self-storage and retail. Charlie graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.A. in English.
Vice President of Capital Deployment
s Vice President of Capital Deployment, Brandon is responsible for sourcing land and building acquisitions, in addition to leasing efforts in Northern California, Seattle, and other West region markets.
Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing
Giancarlo is a Vice President of Capital Deployment and Leasing at IDI Logistics and is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and executing investment acquisitions within Southern California. Additionally, he is the asset manager for the +6M SF SoCal operating portfolio. In his role within the West Region, Giancarlo has been an integral component of over $1B of deployment, leasing, and disposition consideration. During that time the team has executed on establishing a +9M SF development pipeline and over 1M SF of existing building acquisitions.
Giancarlo received his B.B.A in Finance from the University of Texas at El Paso and holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is fluent in Italian and Spanish.
Vice President, Construction
As Vice President of Construction, Steve oversees all construction activities from due diligence through project sale for the West market. He has a long track record in construction management having worked for Sony Studios and Trammell Crow. After ten years with Trammell Crow, Steve started his own development firm where he worked independently before joining IDI Logistics.
Vice President, Construction
As Vice President of Construction, Brian is responsible for managing construction, and all related aspects of the pre-development and development processes related to the significant infrastructure scope associated with our projects in the West.
As Director of Construction, Aaron oversees construction of IDI Logistics’ West region developments, managing both the general contractors and the design team. He also works closely with the market team in development pursuits. Prior to starting with IDI Logistics in 2019, Aaron worked for three different general contractors over 14 years in project management. He has experience in constructing tilt-ups, tenant improvements, commercial & retail structures, and even a park for a residential community.
Marketing & Development Coordinator
Anna provides administrative support to the Los Angeles Office, managing day-to-day operations along with oversight of the office’s business activities. She supports the construction team as well as assists in a variety of areas related to leasing and development efforts.
Anna previously worked for six years in Dallas, Texas on large projects in Multifamily Property Management during the development, lease up, stabilization, and rehab phases. She received her BBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
