Tim is Senior Vice President for IDI Logistics’ Central Region, a 25 million square foot portfolio serving markets including Cincinnati, Louisville, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Austin, Memphis and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development.

Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis.

As Vice President of Asset Management, Jon oversees all leasing and property management in the state of Texas which includes approximately 8 million square feet of industrial space. Jon also oversees third party brokers and management teams in the Dallas, Memphis, Houston and Austin markets. Before his tenure at IDI Logistics, Jon held various roles at the industrial real estate firm Sealy and Company including managing the firms Asset Management department.

Jon has a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s in finance from LSU. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and is working on his CCIM Designation.

As Vice President, Co-Head of Development, Rob oversees all construction activities from due diligence through project sale throughout the Memphis, Nashville, and NJ markets. Since joining IDI Logistics in 1990, Rob has managed the construction of more than 87 projects totaling more than 34 million square feet in the Memphis, Cincinnati, Dallas, Nashville, and New Jersey markets. At various times during his tenure, Rob also has worked with IDI Logistics’ Strategic Development Services (SDS) group on Circuit City and UPS projects.

As Associate of Capital Deployment and Leasing, Tony supports all acquisition, development, disposition, and leasing activity in the Austin, Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, Memphis, Nashville, and San Antonio markets for IDI Logistics. During his tenure at IDI, Tony has underwritten and drafted investment memoranda for 4.7 MSF of development approvals totaling $580M in Austin, Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Inland Empire, and Memphis.

Tony has a BSBA degree with a finance concentration from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is a CFA Level III candidate, a member of the Developing Leaders II NAIOP National Forum, and sits on the NAIOP North Texas Developing Leaders Board.

As Marketing and Development Coordinator for IDI Logistics’ Memphis market office, Sharon provides administrative support to the SVP and Regional Director and manages the day-to-day operations along with oversight of the offices’ business activities. She also provides administrative support to the VP Asset Management with marketing and leasing in the Memphis Region. In addition, Sharon assists the VP Co-Head of Development in the Memphis Office and also assist the VP of Development and Market Officer in the Northeast Region with development of new construction and tenant improvements while also providing general office support.
