Senior Vice President & Central Region Director
Tim is Senior Vice President and Regional Director for IDI Logistics’ Central Region which serves markets including Chicago, Cincinnati, Dallas, Houston, Memphis and Nashville. Based in the company’s Memphis office, Tim leads all capital deployment and operations efforts for the region, including building acquisitions, dispositions, development, and asset management, along with land acquisition and development. Since joining IDI Logistics in 2005, Tim has been involved with leasing and development of inventory and build-to-suit projects totaling more than 18 million square feet of space, valued at more than $750 million, including build-to-suits for Herbalife, AmerisourceBergen, and Nissan Motors.
Tim holds a B.S. degree in Biology from Rhodes College in Memphis, is an active member of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP), and has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker for the Memphis Industrial Market annually since 2008 to present, which is presented to brokers with the highest transaction volume in commercial property sales and leases in their respective market. Tim is licensed as a Principal Broker in the states of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Arkansas.
Vice President, Asset Management
As Vice President of Asset Management, Jon oversees all leasing and property management in the state of Texas which includes approximately 8 million square feet of industrial space. Jon also oversees third party brokers and management teams in the Dallas, Memphis, Houston and Austin markets. Before his tenure at IDI Logistics, Jon held various roles at the industrial real estate firm Sealy and Company including managing the firms Asset Management department.
Jon has a master’s degree in real estate from Texas A&M and a bachelor’s in finance from LSU. He is a member of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and is working on his CCIM Designation.
Vice President, Construction
As Vice President of Construction, Rob oversees all construction activities from due diligence through project sale throughout the Memphis market. Since joining IDI Logistics in 1990, Rob has managed the construction of more than 80 projects totaling more than 30 million square feet in the Memphis, Cincinnati, Dallas and New Jersey markets. At various times during his tenure, Rob also has worked with IDI Logistics’ Strategic Development Services (SDS) group on Circuit City and UPS projects.
Marketing & Development Coordinator
Sharon joined IDI Logistics in 1997 as Administrative Assistant for IDI Property Management. Since 2004, Sharon has served as Office Manager and now Marketing and Development Coordinator for IDI Logistics’ Memphis market office. Sharon provides administrative support to the SVP/Regional Director, managing day-to-day operations along with oversight of the office’s business activities. Sharon also provides administrative support to the VP of Asset Management with marketing and leasing in the Memphis Region, as well as offering general support to the VP of Construction on all new construction.
