IDI Logistics Appoints Senior Vice President for East Region

Matt Breaux brings more than 20 years of investment, leasing and asset management experience.

(ATLANTA, GA – February 25, 2021) – IDI Logistics, a leading developer and manager of logistics real estate, today announced Matt Breaux has been appointed Senior Vice President – East Region. Based in IDI’s Atlanta office, Breaux will oversee development, acquisition, disposition, asset management, and leasing activities for the company’s East Region. This region includes the markets of Atlanta, South Florida, Northern New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania.

“Matt’s track record of success, in-depth knowledge of industrial markets, and solid broker and tenant relationships will ensure IDI’s growth in these important east coast markets. I am excited to have him on board,” said Mark Saturno, Chief Executive Officer for IDI Logistics.

“Our relationship with Matt extends back several years as he led or participated in the acquisition of a number of properties from IDI Logistics. Prior to IDI Logistics, Breaux served as Senior Vice President, Market Officer at Black Creek Group, and President at Hibernia Capital. His expertise includes capital deployment, development, leasing, asset management, and dispositions. Breaux holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Rhodes College.
